  • Maximum class size: 15 students per virtual class, 25 students per public class

  • Prerequisites: Complete the pre-class reading assignment. Familiarity with some aspect of IT management, product management, service management, or experience management is recommended.

Certification Exam Details

The ITIL Foundation (Version 5) exam is included with all courses. All ITIL® exams are administered through PeopleCert, the authorized ITIL examination institute.

All students taking an ITIL Foundation (Version 5) class will be provided with an exam voucher for a proctored exam with PeopleCert. Students will have 12 weeks in which to schedule and take the certification exam. Learners will sit for a one-hour proctored session. Exams are closed book, and all questions are multiple-choice. The exam is 40 questions and the minimum required score to pass is 65%.
